jus came bac..
games day was..
smth lik land trainin.. =(
expected it to be fun..
but onli the last part quite lah..
was the first to reach..
lik wth..den canteen nobody de..
and nadiah came..
den slowly more and more ppl..
hung round cos the seniors stil discussin wad to do..
den finally did warm-ups..
followed by 10 rounds round netball court..
and circuit trainin..
did the leg lift-ups first..
abit pervertic..
den second station was crutches (spellin?)
aft tat push-ups, den sit-ups..
aft one set, we played dog & bones..
quite fun larhs =)
was rainin when we doin the first set..
and we played dog & bones at the canteen area dere..
where the vendin machine & piano is..
den another set of the 4 stations..
and played poison ball/dodge ball..
fun oso..
den ran up the stairs to fourth lvl..
and bac dwn again..
2 sets..
and played poison ball again..
dunno played how many times..
cos aft each game, everybody went
play again, play again..
the first game, dog & bones,
is our side won..
den the dodge balls oso mostly our side..
forgot go who le..
and finally, at 1.30, we were dismissed..
went for lunch wif jelly, sok shan & fion..
sheau jing last min say dun wan...
do yea, the four of us..
went to LJS..
but fion left halfway oso..
and we helped her finish her food =)
aft tat, jelly went home..
onli me 7 sok shan left..
went to buy bread..den inter..
sok shan is seriouly deadly..
she made me almost fall..
lik the whole body went forward, as if fallin..
lik wth lah..
den she oso keep bullyin jelly..
small but deadly de secret squirrel..
den came home, and here.
the poison ball was funny..
cos the seniors were lik playin round..
