WE GOT THIRD FOR DRAGONBOAT ;DD

C div THIRD, B div SECOND !! xDDDD

LOLS. okay. today was dragonboat competition.
morning the c div met at macs for breakfast.
went to buy bananas with mingyi and nellie
before heading down to the reservoir.

rained heavily for bout half hour.
the three of us were stuck at the tent with mr ismail and mr goh
plus two other schs (all guys) =='
went to look for the rest of the team when the rain got smaller.

watching all the other races before us.
mrs choo bought lunch for some of us.
me lindsay jieyi and mingyi were sharing one pckt of chicken rice.
lols. ate the bananas also.

after eating was warm up.
i was damn nervous luhhs.
we were practising the strokes on land.
suddenly juliana appeared. hahas.
thanks for coming to support! ;D

when we were doing that hold-hands-and-imagine-the-race thing,
i was so nervous lindsay said i was shaking.
almost cried sia.

went to take our paddles, had some group cheers
and it was our turn down.
the b div were damn loud when they shouted for us(:
paddled up to the 500m buoy, starting point.
being in the water made me feel more confident (:

we were in the first lane. then the race started.
WE WERE LUCKY TO HAVE A GREAT CORKSTER/CORKSTERN (?)
we bursted the first thirty strokes while our dear drummer sokshan
played the drum. then long pulls.
i guess we were abit off cos aft that they said we were lagging,
like last second or smth.
our corkster kept pushing us for the long strokes part.

then last few buoys we just chiong-ed all the way
and managed to catch up.
everyone was just screaming and screaming.
then whoo, reached the last buoy.
and we got third ;DD

we were like the noisiest boat there cos we kept screaming?
hahas. thats bedok green(:
anw went up to shore. cheered and hugged the rest.

then the seniors' race. they got second!
after that lots of screams also.
waited for the prize presentation.
after that left bedok reservoir.

anw yesterday.
busy day also.
sch in the morning, spent four periods in hall.
then lunch in sch and went home.

bathed and stuff, prepared to go out.
went to bedok inter to meet jiahui, lindsay and mr william lim.
we went to suntec to meet yizhen jeannette and zehui.

walked around suntec, played at the arcade ;D
went to subway for dinner.
hazel and shona came then we rushed to take the train.
i had irritaing blisters lahhs=.='
lindsay was running barefooted.
lols.

then trained to marina and ran to the destination again.
one marina boulevard.
the show was nice overall but kinda screwed up.
after that hanged out around there.
met afifah, sheril, linhui, melissa and the rest who were performing.
took pics and stuff.

then left with:
shirly, lindsay, jeannette, yizhen, zehui, mr lim and girlfriend.
we cam-whored all the way back manns. lols.
then they went to eat while me lindsay and shirly trained back to bedok.

my parents drove three of us to eat supper.
but lindsay had to go home
so my parents me and shirly ate at 85 market.
aft that sent shirly home and went home.

okay, long post ehhs. sorry bout the colours. too lazy.
