Okay, wanted to upload the pics of ystrday's outing, but blogger is irritating to the maxxxxx. All are up on FB anyway. Will try to post here again soon.
Anyway, walked arnd many places: Raffles City - S'pore River - Esplanade - Marina Square - Millenia Walk - Suntec City. Loads of funny things happened and we walked till our legs were super tired.
Lunched at the HK Cafe and had the very very nice & very very big Triple Snow Ice. You'll understand when you see the pictures.
The main course of the day happened at the end. We were at Ya Kun having dinner. There was this white thing (in the shaker also) w/ the soy sauce & pepper (for the eggs).
Linds ordered tea w/o sugar cos she didnt want it so sweet. She picked up the white thing and asked us if it was salt or sugar. Then she poured abit out on the plate. Jieyi tasted some, and said, It's sugar.
So, Linds, trusting her, poured some into her tea. Then drank from it. It was fine, but not sweet enough. So she poured more in. THEN, Jieyi suddenly tried more of the white thing, and went, EH NO, IT'S SALT! But Linds alr drank it.
She gave the 'OMG TOH JIEYI i'm so gonna kill you' and the 'this is SUPER GROSS' face. And then me and Lindsay just burst out laughing for the next few mins which was followed by scolding her.
Jieyi tried drinking the tea and her whole face turned ultra funny 'cos it was really salty. So in the future, never never trust Jieyi's tastebud.
And then for revenge, Linds poured the salt into Jieyi's plate of eggs. HAHAHA. Just thinking abt it makes me laugh.
