Training today. Felt damn good when we were doing run-down with resistor, esp when we could go so smoothly :DThe worst part abt today was that I kept slippong off my seat, and in order to move it back, I over-exerted my left leg and got very bad cramp. It still hurts now :(Just finished my dinner, but I'm still very very hungry. I honestly think I'm becoming a pig D:I feel like going out. Dont want to continue rotting away at home. Shall plan something.
